Shipping Information

Shipping and Back Order Policy

Pacific Coast Tactical (PCT) uses an inventory system that is updated frequently to ensure product availability.  This system only allows items that are in stock to be purchased at the time of your order. In the unlikely event we are unable to fill your order or any part of your order, it is the policy of PCT to ship whatever portion of the order that is fillable.  All other items will be canceled and a 100% refund for any item canceled will be issued.

PCT ship's products from multiple warehouses across the U.S., this allows us to offer you the quickest shipping times.  PCT will ship orders to only addresses within the U.S. At this time we do not ship to APO addresses.  The products that we sell are intended for personal use in the U.S. only. 

Pacific Coast Tactical does not ship internationally.

Shipping Services

PCT currently uses FedEX Smart Post for clothing and footwear and either UPS, FedEX or USPS for reloading equipment and acessories.  FedEx Smart Post  can deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that your postal location will be able to accept packages of any size. 

The flat rate for any size or weight of your order will be the following:

  1. $10.95

Estimated ground transit times:

  • FedEx Smart Post (2-8 business days)
  • UPS Ground (1-6 business days)
  • FedEX Ground (1-6 business days)
  • USPS (1-6 business days)

Typical handling time is 1-2 business days.  Orders that are placed on the weekends or after 2:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.  If you place an order on a holiday, then your order will be processed the following business day. Ship and /or delivery dates are not guaranteed under any circumstances, regardless of the method chosen for shipping.  All dates given are estimates based on average movement of shipments.  Any order cancelled or returned due to shipping and/or delivering delays are subject to all cancellation and return fees. When available a tracking number for your package will be provided to you via e-mail.

Multiple Package Shipment

If you have more than one item in your order, you might receive multiple packages depending on which warehouse we are shipping from.  When possible PCT will try to ship everything together. 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery of a package or the address you gave us is incorrect and/or undeliverable, you will be charged shipping fees to you, plus the standard restocking fee of 15%.

Address Correction after Shipped

If you provide an incorrect address or require the package to be directed to the correct address or an alternate location, you will be charged an additional shipping charge.

Products Damaged or Lost in Shipping

Please contact us as soon as possible if your product was damaged in shipping or lost by the carrier.  Please file a claim for loss.  PCT is unable to refund or reship any item until the claim of loss investigation is complete. 

Sales Tax

PCt is required in the State of California to collect sales tax of 8.75%.
